The Encino Velo Cycling Club (EVCC) is a not-for profit,
501c4, mutual benefit corporation. The EVCC assists young
athletes, starting at age 10, who are interested in cycling
and supports this endeavor by introducing them to both road
& track cycling. These young people participate in actual
competitions after completing basic instruction classes.
Although the club was founded in 2004, our junior cyclists
have already received medals in both state and national
championships, which further validates our commitment to
our junior cycling program One such athlete is now on the
cycling team at West Point.
The Encino Velo Cycling Club also encourages and
sponsors cycling for all ages and abilities, which includes the
Masters category for athletes above thirty years old.
The Encino Velo Cycling Club is presently made up of over
50 cyclists, which include several past U.S. Olympians,
professional racers and an “Elite” category coach.
